Next level of Google adwords (badly needed)

Google search engine has 2 types of listings - Organic and paid ads.
One pays for the paid ads even if the organic listing is up there. Paid listing occupying the top slot means that people have the tendency of clicking that first instead of the organic listing.

For Example:
If you search makemytrip.com on google. The top paid ranking and organic ranking is both for makemytrip.com. As a user you would click the top listing (obviously paid).

This happens because:
1. Brands do SEO to attain top slot. So organically they start featuring up there for many keywords/phrases.
2. Brands buy branded keywords as part of their SEM strategy to avoid competition hacking.

As a result, many a times brands end up paying for paid click when they are have top organic listing.

It is time for Google to step up and create an option for brand to show ads only when organic listing is not at the top. This will help brands to save cost of search campaign and may be increase GDN spends.

Google please wake up.
