1. Candidates copy resumes and make it so comprehensive that u can't ignore it.
2. People who scan these resumes (HR and reporting manager) themselves have little clue about various aspects of digital marketing.
Best way is to meet in person. Secondly, do a background check for sure. Thirdly, see projects delivered by the candidates and ask tough questions. Fourthly, take opinion of an expert for small fee, may or may not be in the same organization. Because hiring right is important.
