Very nature and success behind blogging is interactivity. Comments ensure that there is a community of readers/follow of your post who are continuously interacting. The whole process becomes very interesting. Comments are the heart of any blog. More comments = More followers = More Popularity. Therefore, it has to be taken very seriously.
Few things that can be done ensure qualified comments:

A. End your blog with a question.
B. Give Easy comment options to the readers. “Comment Here” box should ideally be placed just below the post.

A. A fresh content or insight on newer things will always drive comments
B. Encourage guests to write posts/articles. This will help you to diversify in different topics.
3. 3.Use negative headlines can be helpful – People look for spice… tease them…

Caution
A big effort goes in to drive traffic to the website, engage the user with content and then finally persuade him to comment. Always, acknowledge the comments on the post. If possible, give further information.
