You can create a sitemap for google manually with the help of notepad.
Simple steps:
1. Create a txt (text) file and save it with a .xml extension like - sitemap_april.xml.
2. To begin with add the below code at the top of the *.xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<urlset xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9">
3. Add the following to the bottom of the file:
</urlset>
4. Create an entry for each URL of your blog or website.
<url>
<loc>http://www.gyandope.co.cc/</loc>
<lastmod>2010-01-18</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
<priority>0.8</priority>
</url>
<url>
<loc>http://http://www.gyandope.co.cc/p/about-us.html/</loc>

5. Upload your Sitemap to the top level directory of your site. Then submit it to Google using Webmaster Tools.
